1. Information We Process
Gatekeeper AI processes messages from SMS, WhatsApp, and Email that you explicitly connect to our service. We do NOT collect or store personal information beyond what is necessary to sort your messages.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your messages are processed solely to classify them as URGENT, IMPORTANT, or NORMAL. We do NOT read your messages for any other purpose. Your data is NEVER sold, shared, or used for advertising.

3. Data Encryption
All messages are encrypted before storage (AES-256). Only the AI has temporary access to sort your messages. The AI does NOT remember or store your messages after sorting.

4. Data Retention
Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can change this to 7, 14, 60, or 90 days in settings. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently erased within 30 days.

5. No Human Access
No Gatekeeper AI employee — including the founder — can read your messages. This is enforced by technical encryption and database security.

6. Third-Party Services
We use OpenAI for AI processing (zero-data-retention), Supabase for encrypted storage, and Twilio for SMS. Each is contractually bound to protect your data.

7. Your Rights
You have the right to: - Request a copy of all your data - Request deletion of all your data - Export your data to another service - Cancel your subscription at any time

1. Free Trial
By using Gatekeeper AI, you agree to a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during this period.

2. Subscription & Pricing
After the free trial, subscription fees apply: - MP Edition: $99/month - Executive Edition: $99/month - Councillor Edition: $49/month

3. Payment
Payments are processed via EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney, or Paynow. You will receive a payment prompt on your phone. Your account is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

5. Data Ownership
Your messages belong to YOU. We do NOT sell, share, or access your messages. Your data is encrypted and private.

6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed messages caused by technical issues.

7. Privacy
Your privacy is protected under this agreement and our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, POPIA, and CCPA.

8. Liability
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% perfect classification. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI classification.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes.
